Jack of all trades, Nana comes with a degree in business law, a broad local network and an ambition to drive change. He leads, oversees, connects and keeps track of all reports on our projects. Heading our quarterly meetings belongs to his tasks as well as searching for opportunities, funds, ideas and being the liason manager for the Farmtastic Agricultural projects.

A speaker, agriculturist, founder and future Seed Science Phd-Holder, strong in faith and even stronger in her ambition to empower and uplift women. Linda comes with years of experience in managing rural projects, NGO work, and a broad network in agricultural and development areas. Training farmers, running research and researching gender roles in agriculture made her capable of connecting the modern and traditional and having the right approach for every conversation partner. 

Francis, deputy director at the Ministry of Food and Agriculture and former principal of an agricultural college with a Masters Degree in Agricultural Economics and more than a decade of profund experience in lifestock and crops. He is an effective lecture room practitioner and expert in designing and implementing modern and traditional agricultural systems. As a father of daughters and supporter of young women in agricultural studies he knows women empowerment is not only a female topic. He thrives on building equal opportunities in the education sector and has a strong network of university contacts as well as a broad range of agricultural and governmental contacts.

Daniel, working at the Interior Office of Ghana with a Bachelor in Business administration, knows the ins and outs of the political and public system. He knows the right person to ask for land, for funds, for licenses, he knows who is responsible for registrations, he knows business people as well as public sector representants - all in all, if he does not know who, then he knows who to ask to find out! 

High communication and diplomatic skills, an amiable personality and a sharp mind makes it easy for him to talk to officials on all levels, public and rural. He is the one to assist with office appointments, contracts and legal questions. 

An auditor by profession and Assistant Director of Audit at Audit Service Kumasi before her retirement, Augustina knows the Ghanaian system very well. She is a passionate fighter for women rights, equal access to education, female empowerment and social justice. Her calm spirit and her smooth ways to share her knowledge makes people of all age groups and backgrounds love to listen to her. She is our secret weapon when we get stuck with our ideas and need a final advice - she really has all the answers!
